 Finding Law Reviews

Law review articles are the equivalent of scholarly, academic journals for the law.
The articles are generally very long and research-intensive, and will provide many footnotes to follow up for additional research including links to cases.
Notice info about the author - professor / researcher / student
Be sure to look at the database help screens / search tips.

Steps for locating law review articles using the WestlawNext Campus Research Links to an external site. database:

Click on: Secondary Sources for Law Review Articles

Search tips
Using the - and - connector without limiting to the title or same sentence or same paragraph is usually too broad since you will be searching the fulltext of the article (usually very long!)

Try this first:
Limit word/s and phrase/s to the title.
Example: "wrongful death"

Place phrases in quotes

"wrongful death" "medical marijuana"
"lily ledbetter fair pay act" "internet privacy"
"citizens united" "hydraulic fracturing"

Use * for truncation

global* = global or globalization
regulation* = regulation or regulations
immigrant* = immigrant or immigrants
"gray wol*" = gray wolf or gray wolve or gray wolves
student* = student or students

If limiting the word/s to the title does not retrieve enough relevant items, you can broaden the search and limit to the same sentence /s
or the same paragraph

Same Sentence Same Paragraph
immigrant* /s "health care" ("hydraulic fracturing" or fracking" /p liability
("hydraulic fracturing" or fracking) /s "safe drinking water act" "wrongful death" /p viability
internet /s privacy  privacy /p "personal information"

Example:
internet /s privacy
