Quiz 1

The quiz is available on my website.   Directions: 

1.  You first need to register an account.   To do this go to, http://pacuit.org/register Links to an external site.   Please use your umd user id (not your id number, but the username you use to login to ELMS).   You can choose any password you want (I won't be able to read your passwords).    Please email me right away if you have any problems registering.

2. Once you are registered, you can go to a pages listing the available quizzes.  (At this stage there is only one). 

3.  Once you are logged in you can go to http://pacuit.org/quiz/spr2016/phil309p/q1 Links to an external site. to access quiz 1.   It is due Tuesday at 10am.  (As a reminder, late quizzes will not be accepted, but I will drop the lowest 2 quiz scores).    

4.  You have one chance to take the quiz.   Please do not submit the quiz until you are satisfied with your answers.  Since, I reveal the answers after submitting the quiz, I cannot allow anyone to resubmit a quiz.  

The objective of this quiz is to make sure that you are following the basic mathematical notation that will be  used in this course.
