Please solve the Rosalind problems:
- BA1D: Find all occurrences of a pattern in a string
- BA1E: Find a position in a genome minimizing skew
IMPORTANT: you are not allowed to use any programming language constructs related to string matching - I'm looking for a solution where you analyze the string letter by letter. Why? It will become apparent next week.
