What to do the first week

Here's what you should do the first week:

1) Review the syllabus and the Elms layout so you understand what's here.

2) Start reading PDFs and viewing the relevant videos.

3) Sign up for Piazza on Elms. 

4) Check that you have access to your Gradescope account for the course. (I am trying to add everyone through Elms - wait until you hear more. You may need to add yourself through Elms.)

5) Compute Hw1, Graphics Resume.

6) Email me for any special issues this semester, including distant time zone, problems with internet access, computer issues. Do go to the ADS portal and send me a letter if that is appropriate. 

Attendance in lecture will not be required this semester but if you can attend the first lecture on Tuesday Sept 3, it will be a good time to get acquainted.
