Assignment: Irrigation System Evaluation

  • Due Dec 31, 2013 by 11:59pm
  • Points None

The section on Irrigation System Evaluation discussed several ways to evaluate your irrigation system to see if it is applying water in a uniform manner.

________________________________________________________________________

To test your understanding of evaluation techniques, please answer the following questions:

1) Name three methods for collecting system data for determining application uniformity? (Maybe make a table listing three methods with answers in columns each to the first).

2) What would you measure for each method, and how would you make the comparison?

3) What would you expect the data to show you if the system is working well and what would you expect if the system is not function very well?

Brief answers are okay but the answer should show me that you understand the basic concept of each evaluation method.
