Inclusion and Allyship in the Workplace
Inclusion and allyship are two heavily linked concepts that are crucial elements to the success of individual workplaces and people. In this assignment you will watch two videos that explain important elements of inclusion and allyship to be aware of as you embark on your own career. The hope is that this assignment will help you to reflect on your own understanding of your identity, how you seek to interact with others in the workplace, and to provide you with some beginning ideas as to how you can be a meaningful ally in the workplace.
