A company develops a new algorithm for analyzing online questionnaires in order to determine the risk of children for certain psychological disorders. Parents are supposed to enter information about their children, and a diagnostic is then forwarded to the children's pediatrician, to be discussed during an upcoming visit. The privacy terms of the company include:

1. Data will be preserved indefinitely on the company's servers

2. The servers are protected with state of the art security and biometrically controlled access.

3. Aggregate data may be used in research publication or shared with partner companies.
