Reading: Chapter 2 from Compeau and Pevzner - part 1

Please read pages 67-91 from the 2nd chapter in Compeau and Pevzner.  This covers the sections until "Randomized Motif Search". After reading, you have the following two tasks. Please note that, you can read the whole chapter, but for the following tasks you need to read at least the above mentioned pages.

1. Please enter any question you have about the materials you have read.

2. Please participate in the relevant quiz (due 11:00pm on Monday).  IMPORTANT: Do the reading first. You need to complete the quiz in just 5 minutes and you can only take it once.
