Diversity and inclusion are important elements to consider as you consider a future internship site or workplace. In this assignment you will read 2 short articles about the importance of workplace diversity and inclusion and then reflect on the career field you hope to enter, thinking specifically about which aspects of an inclusive work environment will be most important to you.

Read 2 short articles, "Diversity in the Workplace: Why it Matters and How to Increase Inclusion" Links to an external site.and "Your Full Self: Social Identities and the Workplace." Links to an external site. Then respond to 5 short answer questions.
