Aggression is something which never asks before it takes over the mind completely like other human emotions. Aggression is the basic emotion which gives birth to anger and anger is very simple to understand, it is an aggressive emotion which erupts in the human mind when something happens or somebody does something which our mind and heart is completely against & which can create harm in many possible ways. During anger muscles get tight, blood pressure rises so high that one can hear his own heart beat and mind say to opt violence as a solution to the situation whereas any decision taken into anger will always be harmful. It is so because most of the time one loses his power of decision making in anger and mostly takes decisions in the rage of anger and causes harm to himself or sometimes to some other person in front of. Most of the time it is seen that young people have anger management issues that means due to age and under effect of power of fitness mostly youth thinks that being angry is cool and sometimes such people who go to the gym they assume themselves Hulk and always deal things with anger and aggression. Most of the time due to excessive pressure of education and learning students start to become very aggressive and have anger management issues. It is a common scenario that students who are in their teenage years don’t have control over their temperament whether they attend classes offline or they are in live classes. Even in live classes they are unable to control their anger and mostly get punished by the teacher. 

Although it is remarkable how LMS supports students in their online learning. LMS also looks forward towards the availability of detailed course material so that students who already have so many problems, should not have to go through any other trouble. There are several methods which can make students control anger issues and nowadays many agencies are also there who teach students to manage their anger issues. So, Lets understand the strategies to control anger in teen ages:

  • When one is angry like a student is very angry because the teacher thrashed him unnecessarily then he needs to think before speaking anything in anger to his teacher or to any other else. It can be harmful to his image and can defame him too.
  • Even if you are correct then also you need to control yourself and when aggression calms down then one can protest his agitation and confront the wrong person for his wrong deeds so that argument can happen logically.
  • Some physical activities can also control the anger in a much more effective way like breathing in and breathing out gradually cools down the mind and lowers the raised blood pressure. This also gives the time to think and tackle the situation in a wise way.
  • Instead of thinking how to lash out the anger one should focus on how to solve the problem and find out the most possible solution.
  • To avoid any clashes one should “I” statements such as instead of saying “Why didn’t you complete the homework?” should say, “I am upset that you didn’t complete your homework”.
  • Even if one could not lash out his or her anger and even if the other person was completely wrong, you need not hold any grudges because holding the grudges hurts feelings and mind and keeps you upset. Hence, sometimes it is good to let it go.
  • The most effective way to manage anger is if you are getting angry among family and peers then you ought to keep a mum so that relations could not get hurt and just leave from there and try to talk over the issue when your mind calms down. This way no one gets hurt and you have satisfaction of not hurting any dear one.
  • Listening to good and sweet music is the best remedy to control anger. Music is a remedy to many diseases so as to anger also. It is biologically proven that listening to music takes you to another world and you almost forget the reason for anger.
  • One should trust someone and when anger takes over the mind then he or she should talk to his/her dearest person so that he/she can lighten up the mind and get correct suggestions.
